It offers forwarders and carriers global
online-access convenience to a comprehensive
range of functions used for their day-to-day
time-critical transactions. |

Is
the information on Ezycargo secure?
Ezycargo ensures all information/transactions
are totally secure. We have two physically
and technically separate data server centers
that are dedicated to ensuring absolute
security and privacy.
We have also ensured that individual users
have their own secure User ID and password
to log into Ezycargo, with access to functions
customized to individual needs.

How
many participating airlines are there in
Ezycargo? Will there be any more in the
near future?
There are 5 participating carriers for
the Ezycargo Portal presently:
Cathay Pacific Cargo
Dragonair Cargo
Japan Airlines Cargo
Japan Asia Airways
Qantas Freight
We are in the midst
of discussing Ezycargo with other carriers
and are hopeful
that there will be more carriers
that will participate in the Portal.
However,
there are also more than 27 carriers
still participating in the CCS of
Ezycargo and forwarders will continue
to have
use of the CCS functions to access
these carriers. |

Where
is Ezycargo being launched and used in
the world?
Ezycargo will be launched progressively
in Asia :
Hong Kong (25th September)
Singapore (9th October)
Japan (December)
Australia (December).
The plan is to expand
Ezycargo globally, to the rest of Asia
including India and
China, and then to Europe and North
America. |

How accurate is the information displayed
on Ezycargo?
Ezycargo is linked directly to carrier
systems via the internet, and all critical
information is retrieved directly from
the carrier systems as a result. At the
time of request, the information is the
most accurate available. |

Will Ezycargo
be able to handle responses in volume from
multiple carriers at one go? What if one
response from a carrier is much slower
than the others?
Yes, Ezycargo is designed to be able to
handle and reflect multiple responses from
the carriers at one go. It’s one
of the key user pre-requisites to help
users better manage their day-to-day volume
/ transactions. Most inquiries are seen
to promptly and without omissions. Late
responses are automatically stored in “History” and/or “Booking
log” for retrieval at a later time. |

Is there
any orientation/training programme for
new Ezycargo users?
Yes, there is. Agents/Carriers are welcome
to send their staff for training/orientation,
which takes a full day. Please call the
Helpdesk departments for further arrangements. |
